How it works

Scan the item
The camera keeps scanning, one item after another, with a quantity prompt after each. Or tap a quick button, search by name, weigh by the kilo, or type any other amount.

See both totals
Type prices in dollars or lira and the other is worked out at your rate (1 USD = 90,000 LBP unless you change it). The change is worked out in both.

Send the receipt
WhatsApp opens on the shop’s phone with the message ready, or send it by email, or show a QR. It can be printed or saved as a PDF, Arabic included.

Stock follows
Selling an item can take it out of stock automatically. Cancel the sale and it goes back.

The owner’s Till page holds the items, the prices and every receipt.

The details
No customer data kept
A receipt stores what was sold, never the customer’s phone number or email.
Hard to break
A double tap, a retry or a refresh never makes two receipts. Totals are worked out on the server.
Who can sell
Owners, managers, and staff you give Till access to. Staff can change a price for one sale only.
How long receipts last
The customer’s link works for 30 days. Receipts are deleted 90 days after the sale, and the monthly email is your lasting copy.
What it does not do
- It is not a payment terminal. It records sales you take in cash or by transfer.
- WhatsApp is free but manual: it opens WhatsApp on the shop’s phone with the message ready and you press send. Sending automatically needs extra setup.
- We do not claim it replaces any tax or fiscal document. Ask your accountant what you need.
Questions
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Your phone’s camera scans. A USB or Bluetooth scanner works too if you have one.
What dollar rate does it use?
Yours. It starts at 1 USD = 90,000 LBP and you change it whenever the rate does.
What if an item has no barcode?
Make it a quick button. Every other item needs a barcode, so the till and your stock agree.
