This section applies to businesses that use the Service and to everyone who signs in to a Venue dashboard. Any separate written agreement or order form with us (including prices and payment terms) takes priority over this section where they differ.
Your program and your promises. You are solely responsible for your rewards program and for honouring every valid reward, as shown on your rewards page, for as long as the program runs and for rewards already earned when it ends. You are responsible for your products, prices, staff, premises, the accuracy of what you ask us to display, and for complying with consumer-protection, advertising, promotions, alcohol, tax and all other laws that apply to your business and your program. Tell us promptly to change or end your program; give Guests reasonable notice before ending it.
Reviews. You must not offer Guests anything in return for reviews, ask only satisfied Guests to review you, discourage anyone from reviewing you publicly, post or buy fake reviews, or pressure staff or Guests to do so. The Service offers every Guest the same invitation to review you on Google whatever their rating, and you must not ask us, or try, to change that. You alone are responsible for complying with the policies of Google and every other review platform.
Guest data. The Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and receipts you see are personal data that you receive as an independent data controller. You must: use them only to handle feedback and run your rewards program; not send marketing to a Guest unless that Guest has separately agreed to it as the law requires; keep them secure and confidential, and limit access to staff who need it; honour Guests’ data-protection rights; delete exported copies when you no longer need them; and comply with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 and every other data-protection law that applies to you. Tell us without delay of any unauthorised access to Guest data through your account.
Your account and your staff. You are responsible for everyone you give access to your dashboard, for keeping passwords secure, and for everything done through your accounts. Revoke access when a staff member leaves.
Stock and scheduling. If you use our stock or scheduling tools, you are the employer and decide what your staff record there: tell your staff what is recorded (including, if you switch it on, their location when they clock in and out), and follow the labour, food-safety and data-protection laws that apply to you. These tools help you keep records; they do not replace your own checks, your legal duties on working hours and pay, or on food safety, and you remain responsible for the stock you serve and the hours you pay.
Cards and codes. NFC cards, QR codes and links we issue must be used only for your own Venue, and stop working if your service ends.
Indemnity. You will compensate Yalla Kabbes for any claims, losses, fines and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your rewards program, your failure to honour a reward, your use of Guest data, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Yalla Kabbes’s total liability to a Venue for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
End of service. When your service ends, your dashboard access, rewards page and codes stop working. You may ask us for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we may delete it, subject to what we must keep by law.
