Rewards card

A stamp card that lives on your guest’s phone.

Regulars collect a stamp or points, watch the card fill, and redeem at the counter. No paper cards to lose and no app to install.

  • Stamps, or points per amount spent
  • Receipt photo, or a cashier code that works once
  • Opening hours and location checked

Regulars come back every week and nobody counts.

Paper stamp cards get lost, forgotten at home, or stamped without anyone checking. You have no idea who your regulars are.

How it works

  1. 1

A guest taps the rewards plaque

The card opens in the browser. They sign up once with email or Google, and the same account works at every venue that uses Yalla Kabbes.

  2. 2

    They collect after paying

Two ways, chosen for your venue: a photo of the receipt with its order number and date, or a six digit code the cashier reads out.

  3. 3

Their phone has to be there

The phone must be near your venue (100 m by default), and your opening hours are enforced to the minute.

  4. 4

    They redeem at the counter

A full screen pass with a ticking clock and moving colours. A screenshot cannot fake it.

What you see

Every stamp is a row you can read.

  • Every stamp, with its receipt photo beside it
  • Revoke any stamp: it is never deleted, it stays struck through with who revoked it and why
  • Who joined, who is close to a reward, who redeemed
  • A rewards section in your daily report
  • Guests who have confirmed their email

The details

  • Three ways to earn

A stamp per visit, a stamp above a minimum spend, or points for every amount spent. You choose the target and the reward.

  • A cashier code that cannot be guessed

The six digit code works once, is replaced after ten minutes unused, and stays hidden on the counter screen until the cashier taps Show.

  • One account, every venue

Guests keep one rewards account. Each venue sees only the guests who hold its card.

  • Rules page for every venue

Your venue’s own rules page is written from your live settings, so it can never disagree with the card.

  • Guests stay in control

Email confirmation, password reset and account deletion are built in.

What it does not do

  • Nothing is checked against your till. The proof is the receipt photo, and you can revoke any stamp.
  • A phone’s location can be faked by a determined guest. It is a speed bump; the receipt photo and your power to revoke are the backstop.
  • It never gives stamps or points for reviews. Google forbids rewarding reviews, and the card does not offer it.
  • Your dashboard is in English today. The guest card is in English and Arabic.

Questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The card is a web page. They sign up with email or Google and it works on any phone.

Can guests cheat?

Several checks stack up: the phone must be near the venue, inside opening hours, an order number counts once, there is a daily limit, and you see every receipt photo. If something slips through, you revoke it.

Do I need a till connection?

No. The rewards card works beside whatever you use today. Nothing is connected to your till.
