Reviews

The review card that plays by Google’s rules.

A guest taps the plaque, picks one to five stars, and is invited to review you on Google. A guest who had a bad time can also tell you privately, while they are still at your table.

  • Rating saved on the first tap
  • Same Google invitation at every rating
  • Private message with name, topic and optional phone

How was your visit?

Rate your visit from 1 to 5 stars

Tap a star to see what comes next.

You hear about a bad night a week later, on Google.

Your happy regulars never think to say anything. A stack of paper comment cards ends up in a drawer. And the guest who had a bad time had nobody to tell, so they told the internet.

How it works

  1. 1

    A guest taps the plaque

An NFC tap or a QR scan opens the review page in the phone’s browser. No app, no account.

  2. 2

    They pick their stars

The rating is saved the moment they tap, even if they put the phone away and leave.

  3. 3

Every guest is invited to Google

At every rating, the guest sees the same sentence and the same Google button. A guest who gave one to three stars also gets a button to send you a private message, beside it and never in its place.

  4. 4

    You see where it happened

Each plaque is its own table, room or counter, so every rating comes with its place.

What you see

Your dashboard fills as guests tap. Nothing to set up and nothing to export by hand.

  • Taps, Google taps, private messages, average rating and open tickets
  • A chart that changes with the range: today, this week, this month, since you started
  • How the stars were spread, one to five
  • Every table, with its scans and average, including the tables nobody tapped
  • A “Needs attention” list, with the guest’s phone number one tap away if they left one
  • A searchable feed of every rating and message
  • Ticket status: new, contacted, resolved
  • Download everything as a CSV file

The details

  • Topics that fit your venue

The topics guests tap come from your kind of venue: service, cleanliness, waiting time. A barbershop is never asked about the wine list.

  • A report every evening

One email at the hour you choose (20:00 by default, in your timezone) with the day’s activity. Days with nothing to report send nothing.

  • English and Arabic for your guests

The review page reads right to left in Arabic, with an EN | AR switch at the top.

  • Bad signal, nothing lost

What a guest has typed is kept if their connection drops, and sent when it comes back.

What it does not do

  • It does not change how Google is offered. Every guest gets the same invitation. There is no setting for that, and there will not be.
  • It does not rewrite or hide anything on Google. It invites guests to write there; what they write is theirs.
  • A guest who taps the plaque and leaves without choosing a star leaves no record. A rating counts when a star is tapped.
  • Your dashboard and staff screens are in English today. Guest pages are in English and Arabic.

Questions

Do you stop unhappy guests from posting on Google?

No. Every guest is invited to Google with the same sentence and the same button, whatever they rated. Guests who gave one to three stars can also send you a private message. Google’s rules forbid steering guests by how they rated, so we never do.

Do guests get a reward for reviewing?

No. Rewarding reviews is against Google’s rules too. The rewards card is for visits and purchases, never for reviews.

What if a phone has no NFC?

Every plaque also carries a QR code. Any phone camera opens the same page in one scan.
