Plaques

One plaque. Many jobs. Relink it any time.

Every plaque has an NFC chip and a QR code that hold the same address. What it opens is up to your venue, and it can be changed later.

  • NFC and QR on every plaque
  • Relinkable, never reprinted
  • Scans counted per plaque

A new QR code for every job gets old fast.

Printing one for the menu, another for reviews and a third for Instagram costs money. A code printed for the wrong table is a wasted code.

How it works

  1. 1

    We bring the plaques

They are made in batches, before anyone knows which venue they are for.

  2. 2

We link each one for you

Every plaque is linked to a table, your menu, your rewards card or whatever it is for. Your venue sees which plaque is which.

  3. 3

    Guests tap

NFC tap or QR scan. Either way, the same address opens. No app.

  4. 4

    Move it when things change

A plaque can be taken back from a venue and linked to another one, or pointed somewhere new. The address on the plaque never changes.

What a plaque can open

One address on the plaque. Many places it can lead.

  • A table’s review page, so each rating is attributed to its table, room or counter
  • Your menu, all of your menus or just one
  • Your Instagram, counting every tap (a guest tapping twice within 30 minutes counts once)
  • Your rewards card
  • Staff clock in at the staff entrance
  • The till, for your shop’s staff
  • Any web page: your website, TikTok or Google Maps
  • The review plaque design
  • The menu plaque design
  • The rewards plaque design
  • The instagram plaque design
  • The till plaque design

The details

  • Printed designs

Plaques come printed on designs for reviews, menu, rewards, Instagram and the till, so a guest knows what a tap will do before they tap.

  • Scans are counted

Every scan is counted per plaque, and the feature behind it counts its own taps too.

  • Safe if it goes missing

A plaque can be unlinked in one step, and its history stays with the venue.

What it does not do

  • Plaques are linked by us in the platform console today, not by the owner. Ask and we do it.
  • A plaque for a feature needs that feature switched on for your venue.
  • It opens web pages only. It does not take payments.

Questions

What if a plaque goes missing?

We unlink it so it stops working, and link a fresh one. Its history stays in your reports.

Can I use one plaque for two things?

One plaque opens one place at a time. You can relink it, or use two plaques.

What if a phone has no NFC?

The QR code on the same plaque opens the same address with any phone camera.
